1. About these terms

This website, jingluna.com, is operated by JINGLUNA ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

Our bracelets are made with natural crystals. Because every stone is unique, colour, size, pattern and inclusions may vary slightly from product photos, and screens can show colours differently. We describe products as accurately as we can but don't guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.

4. Crystal meanings are not medical advice

The crystal meanings on our site, packaging and meaning cards reflect cultural traditions and are for inspiration only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. We don't claim that any product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, or produce any particular result.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll get a full refund. Payments are processed securely at checkout, and we don't store your full card details.

6. Discounts

Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated. We may change or end promotions at any time.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Because our bracelets are personal wear, all sales are final except for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

8. Product care and safety

Bracelets contain small beads and aren't suitable for young children. Remove before swimming, bathing, sleeping or exercise, and keep away from water, perfume and chemicals. Stretch cord can break with heavy wear, so please handle with care.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics and our logo, belongs to JINGLUNA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and customer content

By submitting a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and allow us to show it on our site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or off-topic.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JINGLUNA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We use trusted third-party providers for website hosting, payments, shipping and marketing. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
